Widely acknowledged as one of modern hard rock’s most explosive live acts, Grammy Award winning band Halestorm recently released their third studio album INTO THE WILD LIFE.
Recorded last year in Nashville with GRAMMY®-nominated producer Jay Joyce (Cage The Elephant, Eric Church) at the helm, “INTO THE WILD LIFE” is highlighted by the historic new single, “Apocalyptic.” The track recently ascended to the top at Active Rock radio outlets nationwide in an astounding 9 weeks – the first time a female-fronted band has scored #1 hits at the format three times as well as the first to have #1 songs from two consecutive albums. Furthermore, “Apocalyptic” has hit #1 at Mainstream Rock radio, marking Halestorm as the fourth-ever female-led act to top the format more than once.

Traffic Advisory

JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be reducing Interstate 470 to ONE LANE in both directions from 39th Street to the Little Blue River just south of Highway 40 beginning at 8 p.m. on Friday, July 27, until approximately 5 a.m. on Monday, July 30. This is all a part of the extensive I-470 bridge rehabilitation project that will repair 15 bridges along the I-470 corridor through approximately November 2018.

These lane reductions will have major impacts to traffic. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and to find an alternate route if necessary. Please be patient and considerate to your fellow motorists. Use the zipper merge and take turns at the merge points.
